Our Staff
Locally Owned and Operated Practice

Jessica Morris - Office Manager
Jessica has been with HPD since March 2011. Starting in administration, she thrived, and her thirst for dental knowledge led her into the New Patient Coordinator role. However, her attention to detail and team-building skills brought her back to administration as the admin team leader.
In her role as a New Patient Coordinator, she developed a department that creates a one-of-a-kind experience for any new patient coming into our office.
Jessica grew up in the North Country, attending Saranac High School. She then attended college in Plattsburgh for Biology. Jessica is a self-acclaimed science nerd who loves learning new things.
Jessica is very much in love with her favorite person, her husband of six years, TJ. They enjoy taking long rides and traveling to Florida for mini getaways when they can.
She is also a huge fan of family time! She has three brothers and a bunch of nieces and nephews. Jessica loves having family dinners on Sundays when they all come together to make dinner and play games. Jessica is very passionate about all things makeup; she currently has an ever-growing Instagram account where others who share her affinity for makeup can join! (@Jessmorrismakeup1013)
Jessica strives to meet her personal goals of owning a home and growing her Instagram account to make her world-famous!
She says the best part of her job is “helping patients understand what they need to do to get the smile they want! It’s amazing seeing a patient leave smiling! I also work with the BEST people in town!”
Paul Gingrich - Accounting
Paul and Dr. Caldon go way back, but we were lucky enough to snag him over seven years ago! He has worn many hats in his journey with High Peaks Dental and has found his niche in accounting.
Paul grew up in Logansport, Indiana. He made his way to Plattsburgh via the United States Air Force, where he developed a friendship with Dr. Caldon. He retired from the Air Force after 22 1/2 years of service. Paul decided to stay in Plattsburgh because it is very similar to his hometown in Indiana.
Paul attended Logansport High School, Los Angeles Mission College, the University of Maryland, Boise State University, Parkland College, and the Community College of the Air Force. This education explains his impressive trivia knowledge! While in school, he focused on Criminal Justice and General Studies.
Paul married his beautiful wife, Kim, over forty-four years ago. Together, they have three children and four grandchildren. Paul always looks forward to the family reunion held at the “track” in Saratoga and attending performances by the grandkids.
When Paul isn’t betting on the races, he enjoys testing out new BBQ recipes and traveling with his wife. His ultimate goal is to live long enough to take his wife to Sicily.
For Paul, the most rewarding part of working at High Peaks Dental is working behind the scenes to ensure our patients receive the best possible dental care.

Kalene Johnston - Accounts Receivable
Kalene is one of our brightest employees. She has been with High Peaks Dental for about three years and has excelled in various roles, demonstrating her adaptability and dedication.
Growing up in Keeseville, she decided to move to Plattsburgh for more activities and better job opportunities without the long commute.
Kalene graduated from Ausable Valley Central School. Instead of attending college, she jumped straight into the workforce. Her strong work ethic has made her an invaluable team member.
Kalene enjoys spending her free time with her fiancé of three years, Josh, and her fur babies, Tucker and Zoe. She also cherishes time with her family, including an older brother and a younger sister. However, the one who truly steals her heart, money, and sanity is her four-year-old niece.
Kalene set a goal to purchase her own home, and in May 2019, she succeeded! She and Josh now live in Chateaugay.
She enjoys her job and states that the best part of working at High Peaks Dental is “my work family. I work with the best group of people who are all supportive and make my day every day. I enjoy educating patients, helping them understand what they are investing in, making their day better, and helping them achieve a smile they love. My smile and teeth are something I value, and I want people to feel the same.”
Karen Andre – Administrative Assistant/Greeter
Karen has been with High Peaks Dental since October 2004. She truly is the face of High Peaks Dental. Karen has a strong knowledge of everything from dental insurance to dental procedures and has set the standard for patient care.
Patients often notice her absence on Fridays and miss her friendly presence. Karen makes every person feel welcome, whether it has been a week, month, or year since their last visit. She greets everyone with a smile and is ready to brighten their day.
Karen grew up in Chazy Lake with eight siblings. She graduated from NACS in 1983 and met the love of her life, Daniel, in 1989. They have two beautiful daughters, Kristie, 28, and Renee, 23. Karen has been busy helping Kristie plan her wedding while Renee attends Boston University to become a dentist!
Karen loves spending time with her daughters and enjoying the great outdoors through hiking, biking, kayaking, and daily walks. When indoors, she enjoys reading. She hopes to someday use her passport for a family trip to a tropical destination.
Karen loves her time at High Peaks Dental, stating, “Every day is a new day.”
