Jessica Morris - Office Manager
Hi! I’m Jessica, the Office Manager here at High Peaks Dental, and I’ve been part of this amazing team for 15 years. If you’ve called the office or stopped by, there’s a good chance we’ve met!
I’m a North Country native and live in Rouses Point with my husband of 14 years, our two awesome sons, Lucien and Viktor, and our three cats. (Seriously… if you’re in the market for a cat, we should talk.)
What I love most about High Peaks Dental is the people. I’m proud to be part of a team that truly cares about our patients and our community, and I enjoy helping make every visit a positive experience from the moment you walk through the door.
Karen Andre - Administrative Assistant
Meet Karen! After an incredible 22 years with High Peaks Dental, it’s safe to say she’s done just about everything around here. These days, she’s the first smiling face you’ll see when you walk through our doors, our unofficial office mascot, and the person who somehow makes everyone feel right at home.
Karen is the definition of a team player. No matter what’s happening, she’s always ready to jump in wherever she’s needed, lend a helping hand, or learn something new. Whoever said, “”You can’t teach an old dog new tricks,”” clearly never met Karen. She’s always eager to grow, embrace new ideas, and support her teammates however she can. And when she’s not here? Trust us—our patients notice. One of the first questions we hear is, “”Where’s Karen?””
Outside the office, Karen loves spending time with her husband, Dan, and is always looking forward to her next trip to visit her daughters. Whether she’s headed to Florida to see Kristie and her husband, Eric or making her way to Boston to visit Renee and her husband, John, she’s happiest when she’s surrounded by the people she loves. She’s incredibly proud of both of her daughters, and if you ask about them, be prepared to hear all about their latest adventures.
When she’s not welcoming patients with her signature smile, you’ll find Karen working out, helping someone in need, or simply showing up for the people she cares about. It’s just who she is.
Around High Peaks Dental, Karen is more than a teammate—she’s our office mom, our biggest cheerleader, and the kind of person who makes everyone around her better. If we’re lucky, we all grow up to be a little more like Karen.

Melanie Traynor - Administrative
Melanie covers our hygiene schedule and all our referrals. She’s local and loves spending time with her blended family. She works with the ARC when she’s not at High Peaks Dental and her compassion makes her the best when working with the disabled. She also loves horses!
Paul Gingrich - Accounting
Paul and Dr. Caldon go way back, but we were lucky enough to snag him over seven years ago! He has worn many hats in his journey with High Peaks Dental and has found his niche in accounting.
Paul grew up in Logansport, Indiana. He made his way to Plattsburgh via the United States Air Force, where he developed a friendship with Dr. Caldon. He retired from the Air Force after 22 1/2 years of service. Paul decided to stay in Plattsburgh because it is very similar to his hometown in Indiana.
Paul attended Logansport High School, Los Angeles Mission College, the University of Maryland, Boise State University, Parkland College, and the Community College of the Air Force. This education explains his impressive trivia knowledge! While in school, he focused on Criminal Justice and General Studies.
Paul married his beautiful wife, Kim, over forty-four years ago. Together, they have three children and four grandchildren. Paul always looks forward to the family reunion held at the “track” in Saratoga and attending performances by the grandkids.
When Paul isn’t betting on the races, he enjoys testing out new BBQ recipes and traveling with his wife. His ultimate goal is to live long enough to take his wife to Sicily.
For Paul, the most rewarding part of working at High Peaks Dental is working behind the scenes to ensure our patients receive the best possible dental care.

Kalene Giddings - AR Manager and Administrative Team Lead
Meet Kalene! She’s been keeping High Peaks Dental running smoothly since 2019, and if there’s a question about billing, insurance, or what on earth happened to that one claim… she’s probably already on it.
Kalene started her journey with us at the front desk before making the leap into Accounts Receivable in 2020. These days, she wears two hats as our Accounts Receivable Specialist and Administrative Team Lead—which basically means she’s part insurance detective, part office superhero, and the unofficial queen of keeping everything (and everyone) on track.
When she’s not conquering spreadsheets or untangling insurance mysteries, you’ll find Kalene at home in Chateaugay with her husband (they tied the knot in July 2023!) and their two kids, Miles and Maci. She loves hitting the bike trails, getting creative with her Cricut (if it can be personalized, she’s probably already made one), and making memories with her family.
Whether she’s leading the admin team or helping patients navigate the not-so-fun side of dentistry, Kalene brings kindness, organization, and just the right amount of humor to every day. We’re pretty convinced the office would descend into friendly chaos without her… but thankfully, we’ll never have to find out.
Mallory Fletcher - Clinical Leader
Meet Mallory! After nearly 15 years at High Peaks Dental, she’s become a bit of a local legend around here. If you’ve ever wondered who our unofficial Dr. Fletcher is… it’s Mallory. She’s our go-to for just about everything, and when someone has a dental question, chances are they’re asking her first.
Around the office, Mallory is the perfect balance to Heather’s Branch energy—making her our very own Princess Poppy. She’s endlessly positive, always ready to help, and somehow knows the answer to just about everything. Patients adore her, the team depends on her, and we’re all convinced she secretly has a Ph.D. in “”getting things done.””
Born and raised in Altona, Mallory is basically the town’s honorary mayor. When she’s not at the office, she’s spending time with her husband, Nick, and their three kids, Ethan, Jackson, and Harper. Whether it’s tackling a home renovation, fixing something that most of us would’ve already given up on, or spending as much time outdoors as possible, Mallory is happiest when she’s got a project to conquer.
One thing you can always count on? If Dr. Caldon starts singing, Mallory is singing right along with him—even the songs the rest of us have never heard before. We still haven’t figured out how she knows every single lyric that comes on Pandora, but at this point we’ve stopped questioning it.
And yes… Mallory can absolutely talk your ear off. Luckily for all of us, it’s usually packed with helpful advice, dental wisdom, or a story that’ll have you laughing before she’s finished. Around here, we wouldn’t have it any other way.

Chelsea Mooney - New Patient Coordinator
Meet Chelsea! If you’re joining the High Peaks Dental family as a new patient, chances are she’s one of the first smiling faces you’ll meet. After spending the last 2½ years on our team (and wearing more than one hat), Chelsea recently stepped into her role as our New Patient Treatment Coordinator—and she believes every great dental experience starts with a warm welcome.
Chelsea loves getting to know patients, answering questions, and helping them feel confident about their treatment every step of the way. She’s equal parts whimsical, creative, and just a little quirky, which explains why she’s the mastermind behind so many of the fun videos you see on our social media. If you’ve laughed at one of our reels, there’s a pretty good chance Chelsea was behind it!
When she’s not at High Peaks Dental, you’ll find Chelsea spending time with her family and friends, snapping beautiful photos, hunting for the perfect thrifted treasure, or dreaming up her next creative project. She also lives in the most delightfully whimsical home… complete with a claw-foot tub. (Honestly, we’re all a little jealous.)
Chelsea brings creativity, kindness, and positive energy to everything she does. Her goal is simple: help every new patient feel comfortable, cared for, and excited to be part of the High Peaks Dental family.
Mattie - Doctor Coordinator
Meet Mattie! She’s been part of the High Peaks Dental team for over a year, and if you hear laughter coming from the front desk, there’s a good chance she’s the reason.
As our unofficial office comedian, Mattie loves joking around with patients and bringing smiles to everyone she meets. Her quick wit, positive energy, and ability to connect with people help make even the busiest days a little more fun.
Mattie lives in Saranac (yes, we like to tease her about that!) with her boyfriend, Chase. When she’s not at the office, she’s probably making TikToks—and if you’ve seen High Peaks Dental’s social media, you’ve probably spotted her already. We’re all rooting for her to become TikTok famous!
She thrives in the chaos of a busy day, can juggle just about anything that comes her way, and somehow keeps smiling through it all. Mattie loves being part of a team that works hard, laughs often, and helps patients feel right at home.

Samantha Dutil - Treatment Coordinator
She was hired October 2024. She is our Treatment Coordinator and sees all our new patients! She is from Vermont, but moved to Rouses Point, NY. She has 3 beautiful daughters. She enjoys spending time with her husband, Nate and her 3 daughters.
Michelle - Hygiene Coordinator
Meet Michelle! She’s been with High Peaks Dental for just under a year, and if you have a hygiene appointment on the schedule, there’s a good chance you’ve received a friendly call or text from her.
A true local, Michelle seems to know just about everyone and if she doesn’t know you yet, she probably will soon. Around the office, we like to joke that she’s our very own “”Mallory 2.0!””
When she’s not helping keep our hygiene schedule running smoothly, Michelle is cheering on her three kids alongside her husband, Eric. Between all the games, practices, and tournaments, she’s a full-time sports mom, and we’re convinced she’s raising a future professional athlete (or maybe three!).
Michelle loves connecting with patients and helping make every visit to High Peaks Dental a positive experience. Her friendly personality and hometown connections make everyone feel like they’re catching up with an old friend.

Paige Walker - Registered Dental Hygienist
Meet Paige, one of our amazing Registered Dental Hygienists who’s been making smiles brighter at High Peaks Dental for over two years. After graduating from SUNY Broome, Paige and High Peaks Dental turned out to be a match made in dental heaven—and we’re pretty sure neither of us has looked back since.
If you’ve spent more than five minutes with Paige, you’ve probably laughed at least once. She’s one of the funniest people in the office, and somehow manages to keep patients smiling before they even leave the chair. Fun fact: she also convinced her best friend, Katie (yes, that Katie), to move to the North Country, so now we’re lucky enough to have both of them on the team.
When she’s not cleaning teeth or keeping everyone entertained, you’ll find Paige hanging out with Katie, spending time with her cats, grabbing bevs and snacks, or hitting the golf course. (We know… golf. It’s giving strong grandpa energy—but she owns it.)
Paige loves helping patients feel comfortable, laugh a little, and leave with healthier smiles. Around here, she’s proof that going to the dentist can actually be fun.
Laael - Registered Dental Hygienist
Meet Laael! She’s one of our incredible Registered Dental Hygienists and has been helping patients achieve healthier smiles for over 16 years. For the past five years, she’s been bringing her passion, knowledge, and contagious energy to the High Peaks Dental family.
Laael is a huge believer that oral health and overall health go hand in hand. She’s one of our biggest patient advocates, always taking the time to educate, encourage, and cheer patients on as they work toward healthier smiles. But don’t let all that professionalism fool you—she’s also our resident comedian. If the office gets a little too quiet or the mood needs a boost, you can count on Laael to crack a joke and have everyone laughing in no time.
When she’s not at the office, Laael is spending time with her high school sweetheart, Daryl, their two boys, Madox and Coen, and their dog, Archie. She teaches spin classes at Eclipse, loves a great workout, and is always up for a hike or bike ride. Basically, if it gets her moving, she’s in! And if you happen to see her family around Halloween… prepare to be impressed. Their costumes are legendary, and somehow they manage to outdo themselves every single year.
Whether she’s motivating patients, making the team laugh, or encouraging everyone to live a healthier lifestyle, Laael brings positivity, compassion, and a whole lot of fun to High Peaks Dental. She’s proof that taking care of your health can come with plenty of smiles along the way.

Katie Tilley - Registered Dental Hygienist
Meet Katie, our newest Registered Dental Hygienist! She graduated from SUNY Broome alongside one of our very own veteran hygienists, Paige. The best part? They’re still inseparable! Katie made the move to the North Country to be closer to her best friend (yeah, that’s also Paige!), and now we get to keep the duo together.
When Katie isn’t busy making teeth sparkle, she’s usually out exploring hiking trails, spending time with her boyfriend, Michael, or hanging out with her dog and cat. Around the office, she’s easy to spot thanks to her signature bubble braids, adorable hair clips, and contagious smile. And if you’re looking for her after work, there’s a pretty good chance she’s enjoying a slice (or three) from her favorite local spot, Pizza Palace.
Katie is excited to meet our patients, share a few laughs, and help keep every smile healthy and bright. Just don’t ask her to choose between her best friend and pizza—we’re pretty sure that’s an impossible decision.
Samantha "Sammie" Tromblee - Registered Dental Hygienist
Meet Samantha AKA “”Sammie””! One of the newest members of our administrative team, she’s a North Country native who grew up in Chazy and now calls Plattsburgh home, where she lives with her fiancé, Jake, their daughter, Zoey, and two cats, Jaxx and Lola.
Sammie brings experience in podcast production, customer service, website design, and project coordination. She’s also currently working toward her Associate’s degree in Computer Information Systems & Cyber Security at Clinton Community College. In other words, if your password is “”password123″”… she’s judging you. (Just a little.)
When she’s not working or studying, you’ll usually find her cooking up something delicious, baking treats that disappear suspiciously fast, or diving into a PC game for some well-earned downtime. She’s excited to be part of the team and looks forward to helping our patients.

Pacey - Registered Dental Hygienist
Meet Pacey! His journey with High Peaks Dental started long before he became a Registered Dental Hygienist. He first joined us as a high school intern, worked alongside our team while earning his dental hygiene degree, and after a brief hiatus, found his way back home to High Peaks Dental. We’d like to think he just missed us too much.
As one of our hygienists, Pacey is known for his easygoing personality, great sense of humor, and ability to make patients feel right at home. He’s also our unofficial translator for whatever the kids are saying these days, keeping the rest of us “”oldies”” up to date on the latest slang. (We’re still trying to keep up.)
And if you ever need a random item—Band-Aid? Phone charger? Snack? Hair tie?—don’t worry. Pacey’s legendary “”dad bag”” has probably already anticipated your needs before you even asked.
When he’s not helping patients achieve healthier smiles, Pacey loves spending time with his wife, Olivia, their sweet little dude, Callum, and their two dogs and cat. Whether he’s in the office or at home with his crew, Pacey brings kindness, laughter, and a little bit of dad magic wherever he goes.
Alissa Dutil - Hygiene Assistant
Meet Alissa! She’s been part of the High Peaks Dental family for the past year, and if you’re coming in for a cleaning, chances are you’ll get to meet her—and probably admire her gorgeous hair while you’re at it.
As our Dental Hygienist Assistant, Alissa is always on the move. One minute she’s helping with your appointment, the next she’s organizing the sterilization area, and somehow she’s still finding time to sprint up and down the hallway making sure everyone has what they need. If you catch her dancing through the office while she’s working… that’s just part of the experience.
When she’s off the clock, Alissa loves spending time with her boyfriend, Hunter, and their dog, Magnus. Their home is also happily occupied by four guinea pigs—Wilbur, Sunny, Tempest, and Nimbus—who definitely keep life interesting. She also enjoys hiking, experimenting with makeup, and always has a good playlist queued up wherever she goes.
Whether she’s keeping appointments running smoothly, lending a helping hand, or bringing a little extra energy (and a few dance moves) to the office, Alissa is always ready with a smile and happy to help make your visit a great one.

Amanda "Mandie" Rougier - Clinical Assistant
Meet Mandie! If you’re a new patient at High Peaks Dental, there’s a good chance she’s one of the first friendly faces you’ll meet. She’s been part of our team for the past two years, and nothing makes her happier than helping patients feel welcome while geeking out over all things dental health and overall wellness. (Seriously—she’s always up for a good conversation about healthy habits.)
Mandie brings a little whimsy wherever she goes. She’s our creative Clinical Assistant, and if she’s not helping patients, she’s probably dreaming up her next crafty project, knitting something adorable, or adding a little handmade magic to her day. Around the office, she’s known for her kind heart, artistic spirit, and ability to find beauty in the little things.
When she’s not at High Peaks Dental, you’ll likely find her wandering the trails at Point Au Roche with a camera in hand, searching for the perfect scenic photo, playing video games, or spending time with her children and her cats. If there’s an adventure to be had—or something beautiful to create—Mandie is all in.
Whether she’s sharing dental tips, creating something whimsical, or making patients feel right at home, Mandie brings warmth, creativity, and a little everyday magic to the High Peaks Dental family.
Heather - Dental Assistant
Meet Heather! She’s been one of our knowledgeable Dental Assistants for the past five years, and if you spend enough time with her, there’s a good chance the conversation will somehow end up in Rochester. As a proud Rochester native, she’s always happy to chat about her hometown—or convince you why it’s worth the trip.
Heather is the definition of creative. Whether she’s assisting chairside, tackling a challenge from a new angle, or building an impressive LEGO creation, she’s always thinking outside the box. She’s also a lifelong Buffalo Bills fan, can absolutely fangirl over Justin Timberlake and Taylor Swift, and isn’t afraid to let her wonderfully off-the-wall sense of humor shine.
When she’s not at the office, Heather enjoys playing video games with her boyfriend, Kevin, hanging out with their three cats, and diving headfirst into whatever creative idea has captured her attention that day. Around the office, she’s known for her quick wit, perfectly timed sarcasm, and a dark sense of humor that gives major Branch-from-Trolls energy. She’s also our unofficial air traffic controller—always directing traffic, keeping everyone where they need to be, and making sure the day keeps moving (usually with a sarcastic comment thrown in for good measure).
Heather loves helping patients feel comfortable and making every visit a little more fun. Between her creativity, humor, and ability to think on her feet, she’s a key part of the High Peaks Dental family.

Braxton Godfrey - Dental Assistant
Meet Braxton! She’s been part of the High Peaks Dental family for over two years and is Dr. Seth’s right-hand assistant. If calm had a mascot, we’d probably nominate Braxton. She’s dependable, easygoing, and the kind of person who can make even the busiest days feel a little less hectic.
Patients love Braxton’s calming presence, and our team knows they can always count on her. She might be one of the quieter people in the office, but don’t let that fool you—when she decides to drop a joke, it usually catches everyone off guard and has the whole room laughing.
When she’s not at work, Braxton is spending time with her longtime partner, Brian, their daughter, Maxine, and the rest of her family and friends. She’s always on the hunt for her next favorite perfume, loves good music, enjoys spending time with the people she loves, and is fully embracing her newest title: Aunt! Thanks to her best friend and sister, she’s soaking up every minute of aunt life.
Braxton brings a calm, caring presence to every appointment, making patients feel comfortable from the moment they sit down. She’s the perfect reminder that you don’t have to be the loudest person in the room to make the biggest impact.
